The
farmstead, consisting of a 3 bedroom house, a 2 bedroom cottage, a 1 bedroom
cottage, as well as a large workshop and barn, was improved in 2006 and
is ringed by its own game fence with an electric access gate. Gardens surround
the properties.

and stored in a 100,000 litre underground rainwater storage tank. An additional
4 x 10,000 litre storage tanks are positioned outside.
